The IEW Induktive Erwärmungsanlagen GmbH specializes in the production and worldwide distribution of medium- and high-frequency induction heating systems using the latest transistor technology.
Our induction heating units are primarily used by professional users at individual workstations. For industrial applications, we develop, design, and manufacture customized systems tailored precisely to each customer’s requirements.

Our product range at a glance:
We develop, manufacture, and distribute mobile and stationary induction heating systems with power ratings from 2 kW to 25 kW for the contact-free heating of metals, used in applications such as brazing, hardening, and shrinking.
With our PLC control units, you can precisely control all heating parameters such as target temperature, holding time, and more. Up to 100 different programs can be stored and managed.
It is also possible to combine multiple programs within one sequence, for example, hardening followed by tempering. The specially developed PLC sequential control from IEW GmbH is even capable of handling complex brazing processes, such as brazing under protective gas with pre- and post-flooding of nitrogen.
To achieve optimal heat input, it is essential to design an inductor precisely matched to the workpiece. IEW GmbH is capable of realizing virtually any inductor geometry through custom CAD designs, developed in close cooperation with our customers.
Each inductor is perfectly adapted to the specific process, ensuring maximum efficiency and an ideal heating zone. Through our inductor design seminar, we enable our customers to build their own inductors in the future, allowing for quick adjustments to changing component requirements.

We maintain a large stock of round and square copper profiles, enabling us to manufacture custom-made products such as inductors in any required dimensions.
